Villa Noce 2 - apartment with garden

Abbiamo trovato una struttura all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Appartamento tenuto molto bene e dotato di comfort adatti a famiglie che desiderano trascorrere le proprie vacanze. Proprietaria disponibile, gentile e attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. È stato un piacere pernottare in questa struttura e, se dovesse esserci l'occasione, ci torneremmo volentieri!

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Schöne und ruhige Lage inmitten der Altstadt von Tesero mit eigenem Parkplatz; 5min zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle, zum Supermarkt oder zu den Restaurants. Sehr saubere, komfortable und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung.

Very nice apartment in an excellent location, close to the slopes. Easily to get there by bus. Ivana was very nice and helped us wirh all the Information we needed. It was very clean and well maintained.

La casa splendida, Ivana una padrona di casa meravigliosa. Disponibilissima e super accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Torneremo di sicuro!

Ivana è un'ottima padrona di casa, sempre gentilissima e disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza. L'appartamento è molto ben localizzato nel centro di Tesero, comodo e ben arredato. Abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. Il supermercato è a due passi da casa. La fontana d'acqua fresca di sorgente sotto casa e il giardinetto privato sono una chicca! Assolutamente da raccomandare!

Niente da segnalare, è stato tutto perfetto e oltre le aspettative.

It was our second stay at Villa Noce and we were very happy to be back. This time we were 5 people and we stayed at the apartment on the first floor which is bigger, but accessible only by stairs. The flat is recently renovated and neatly clean, fully equipped with kitchenware (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and also salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, etc.). The welcome pack included cookies and a bottle of wine. It has a large area that serves as kitchen and living room, three bedrooms (one with bunk beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and a service toilet: plenty of space for a big family. On the outside, you can enjoy a private garden with sunchairs, table, benches and barbecue facilities for the summer days. Parking is available right in front and a garage can accomodate easily bikes or motorbikes. The facility is 2 mins walk to the supermarket and within 5 mins you can reach Tesero bars and restaurants, but the apartment provides you everything to cook your own meals with zero troubles, very good when travelling with children or people on strict diets. The location is very convenient to visit Val di Fiemme which provides lots of activities for families and not only that. Special mention to the host Ivana, who's been super friendly and helpful. A big thanks, we hope we'll be back soon.

I spoke already to Ivana about the twin bedroom where I suggested to install a thicker tent because in the morning the light gets in very early and in the night the automatic light on the stairs filters through. Better bring a night mask if you're sensitive to light. The location in Tesero is very convenient, but all around there are steep and narrow streets, just beware in case of travelling with strollers or people with reduced mobility.

Beautiful, convenient location. Magnificent views. Spacious, clean, and comfortable.
