"Good location and value for money but that’s all."

Location

Noisy neighbours, smelly bathroom because of the washing machine (I believe), lack of tea (at least), little shower gel provided for the shower and as a soap for 3 of us, bed in the bedroom is falling apart (the head part) and was not comfortable
