A LOCALIZAÇÃO QUE A GENTE VÊ NO MAPA É O LOCAL DO ESCRITÓRIO ONDE ENTREGAM AS CHAVES E, SÓ APÓS VOCÊ REALIZAR O PAGAMENTO E NÃO MAIS PODER CANCELAR A RESERVA, TE AVISAM QUE O LOCAL VISTO, NO MAPA, É PARA PEGAR AS CHAVES. A HABITAÇÃO FICA DISTANTE, FORA DA ÁREA TURÍSTICA, LOCAL DESERTO, ERMO E PERIGOSO. FOI UM TRANSTORNO PARA NÓS IDOSOS FICAR NESSE LOCAL. Comfortable apartment in convenient central location, secure underground parking at rear of property for an additional 10 Euro per night. Friendly staff greeting on arrival.

Fixing a few things would improve the guest experience: Slow WiFi, water temperature a bit cool for the shower. Kitchenware a bit ‘average’ … oven tray not clean on arrival, chipped crockery, no toaster etc. Towel rail in bathroom worn out and falling apart. Nothing major, but could be improved with a little attention to detail :-)

مكان استلام المفتاح بعيد عن مكان الشقه نزلنا اوبر عند المكتب بعدين قالو لنا انه بمكان ثاني و اضطرينا ناخذ سياره ثانيه تودينا للمكان - الاسره مو مريحه

Appartemento ideale per un soggiorno a Verona! consigliatissimo sia come rapporto qualità prezzo sia come distanza dal centro e dai servizi.!! intendendo il parcheggio, parchetto per passeggiare con il cane e il supermercato, oltre alla vicinanza con la basilica di San Zeno, ottimo !!!

Dover andar via...ma è solo un arrivederci !
