Location is excellent - just around the corner from Piazza Delle Erbe.

The absence of a lift to get to the first floor (where there’s a lift to the second floor where the apartment is located). There are 34 stairs to get to the first floor, and I hadn’t understood this to be the case from the description on Booking.com, which stated ‘lift to upper floors’. Taking luggage up and down this series of stairs was unexpected - and difficult for me. (A resident told me the lift from ground to first floor is a private lift.)

Loved the town centre location. Apartment incredibly clean, spacious and modern.

Only one mirror which was located in the bathroom. Could do with installing one in the bedroom and also one in the dressing room. Would save a lot of arguments all fighting for the mirror. Due to its city centre location it can be quite noisy from cars, pedestrians and the main centre arena.

Excellent location!! Right in the middle of everything. Quiet at night. The apartment has all necessary appliances.

The apartment was in general clean but the small details gave a very bad impression specially in the bathroom. The washing machine was full on our arrival and not emptied during our stay

Everything was brilliant.

Facilities are well equipped and functional. But above all Michele was easy to communicate with and all went smoothly. Location is exceptional !

Very nice appartment, great location, only short walk to Arena di Verona, shops and to many nice restaurants.

Only one mirror in the flat so makes it a bit tricky if there is a few of you trying to get ready at one time.

would have preferred a lift from ground floor to first floor, but 34 steps were wide with four landings, so very manageable.

The location was incredible.

The bed was very hard and pillow super flat.
