100 e più euro a notte per un seminterrato sono troppi, va bene la posizione al top ma così si esagera. da collega ti dico: se le persone pagano quanto chiedi hai sempre ragione, però almeno pulire l'appartamento meglio (sembrava una latrina) ed un wifi decoroso visto che siamo sotto terra e quindi segnale connesione dati, per cortesia...

It was a central and convent apartment. The lads were great to meet us at the place and so friendly

The smell of smoke, definitely a smoker had stayed and the smell was there every time you entered

Location

Bathroom is health issues , full of black molds , not suitable for shower. Owner communication only on arrival, ask about shower problem no respond.

The apartment is in a really good location, close to the old town and lots of restaurants and bars. It feels a very safe area. The bed was really comfortable as was the seating in the lounge area. The Nespresso machine was very useful - they left us plenty of pods. They also left a bottle of water in the fridge. There were recommendations for restaurants in a book. All communication with them was answered very quickly &, when we needed something, it was sorted really quickly.

The apartment is quite dark without the lights being turned on. The kitchen facilities were very sparse - not enough glasses, mugs, cutlery etc. There were no tea-towels or dish cloths; cling film, tin foil etc. Having said that, when we complained, more bits were provided quickly. Toiletries were basic - lots of little bottles of hair and shower gel combined & nothing else. There weren't enough hangers. We felt that, for the price we paid, it should have been a bit more up-market with better facilities. It could be quite noisy especially at the weekend.

Loved the apartment, spacious, clean, fabulous location. Host was very helpful.

The bathroom … no air or fan.

Such a fantastic location! Apartment was very small but well designed and had everything we needed for a short city break. Hosts were really accommodating and flexible with arrival time. Coffee machine, coffee pods, toiletries and water all provided, which was a nice extra.

There was a strong smell of damp, which I’ve had in other ground floor/lower ground apartments in Italian cities, so perhaps a common issue in these apartment blocks. This didn’t impact on us much as our stay was brief but perhaps more problematic if staying for longer.

Great central location with lots around it. Host was super accommodating.

Everything was great.

The apartment is within easy distance of the train station, just 4 stops on the bus and a 5 min walk. Everything that you would need is available. A full kitchen, plenty hot water, a comfortable bed and within easy reach of the main sites, shopping district and restaurants. A PAM supermarket is just 5 mins walk away over the bridge across the river.
