Air conditioning didn't work

Location, close to the major Piazzas, and must see sights including the Arena. Host was polite, prompt and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

The location was good

The apartment nice but it was consumed also the air condition wasn't cold .

The most remarkable thing about this place is the location. It’s only a couple of minutes walk from Piazza Erbe and House of Juliet Also, coffee machine was a very good addition to the stay. Also the stuff was very friendly and ready to help.

First of all, the apartments were missing one wine glass, but a replacement was brought to us pretty quickly. Now for the things we didn’t like: 1) seat and cover of toilet had broken hinges and misplaced 2) hair dryer has some small thing broken inside. although working, it made a terrible sound 3) one of two bed lights was not working but was very hot 4) lights over the stove were not functioning 5) electric sockets were too tight for most of our plugs. also, the iron and hairdryer were unable to fit into them 6) AC made weirds and loud sounds while working from time to time 7) Overall lighting was a little bit dark inside during evenings 8) faucet in kitchen had lots of calcium and it was unable to run it with a small flow 9) There were not enough shelves in bathroom for cosmetics 10) light in bathroom was a bit dark for applying makeup 11) The bed was a little bit short so our legs could touch the wall To sum up, overall stay was almost good, but those tiny problems spoiled the experience a bit.

The host who was waiting for us to give the code and tell some instructions was super kind. The location was just great, in the very center, even approachable by car (in specific times of the day). The apartment is stylish. We stayed just 2 nights so we did not even make full use of it. Coffee machine with espresso capsules is an advantage, although, when in Verona, you most likely want to go out and have a cup of coffee somwhere in the city :). Air conditioning worked well - meaning it managed to keep the apartment cool even in very high temperatures. Also, they were flexible with our check-out as we were a bit late, so we highly appreciate that. And the communication during booking process and then even making some changes was REALLY GREAT.

The apartment might benefit from some quick and easy repairs (one window shield broken, replacement of the leaking shower-head...) and bit more thorough cleansing of the bathroom. Also the air contitioning was a bit too loud, but my earplugs solved that easily :) In general a very good place to stay in Verona!

great central location, walking distance to everything. lovely and cool on the very hot days thanks to the air conditioner.

while the air conditioner was a blessing in the hot weather, it was very noisy and we did turn it off at night and used the pedestal fan.
