The apartment was clean and nicely decorared. The staff was super friendly. Location was ok - close to the train station and 20minute walk to old town.

We were a group of 4 friends and only received one set of keys/key card and there were some issues as one person wanted to stay in while others went out and the key card had to be left in the apartment to keep electricity on. there were also only 2 double blankets which was not ideal. As there is no staff outside business hours, we were not able to get extra sheets to use as separate blankets or keys. It would be great to keep e.g. extra sheets and toilet paper in the closet in the apartment and extra set of keys should be automatically provided.

The place is very neat and clean . Well taken care of and new. The personnel is really friendly and kind, it has every amenity necessary like body wash, shampoo, towels, air conditioner, coffee, microwave, refrigerator, and tv. The room is really close to the train station so you can arrive or leave early.

Beautifully designed and presented with everything we needed. Great location just a 15 minute walk from the centre of town.

Superb property just outside the old gates going into Verona. Easy to walk everywhere from here. Very close to the train station and not difficult to lug suitcases to. Host was over the top amazing and quick to communicate to give any guidance or suggestions.

Most friendly manager, cool design with all the necessary facilities. A/C! Wonderful location as well.
