Location and the place is lovely

Una rappresentante della VeronaJourneys ci ha accolto con estrema cortesia e simpatia e si é anche soffermata a darci consigli su eventuali locali dove mangiare. La permanenza é proseguita senza intoppi. L'appartamento era ben riscaldato e completo di ogni confort. La posizione é veramente vicino all' Arena, circa 5 min a piedi. Non si poteva chiedere di meglio.

I was late for 15 min with check in time(7pm) cuz of traffic and could not stay in the property for all time I booked (2 nights). The property host, Liicia, was rude and not cooperative at all. I kindly asked for different possibilities: to pick up the keys, to pay extra, or to check in next day (I paid the whole two night infront), but got rejected. Was looking like I was not welcome at all, in the end Licia canceled my booking without refund. First time I see that much strict property and host rules, not customer oriented at all. Was very disappointed by this booking.

Everything. Perfect location, spacious and clean.

Only small suggestions, would be to have a cafetière, and a less temperamental kettle. Apart from that all perfect.
