Struttura accogliente e spaziosa nonostante sia un monolocale, con tutto il necessario e comoda anche per cucinare. La posizione vicinissima all'Arena e al centro è perfetta.

The location (very close to Ponte Pietra & therefore to all the main attractions), the decorations (very modern with beautiful designs), the cleanliness and the staff (very friendly and reactive with lots of local recommendations)

Everything was perfect

We had an issue with our flights meaning we would arrive in Verona after the check-in time of 2pm-7pm. The host said we were unable to check in after that time. I asked if we were able to check in the next day instead, and we would find alternative accommodation for the one night we would miss. As it was an issue on our end, we were of course not expecting a refund, we just wanted to check in the next day between 2pm and 7pm. The host told me to speak to booking.com. After speaking to booking.com for over half an hour, they told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to call the host myself. I called the host who was extremely rude and just said that per the booking policy we had to check in during the specified times and did not offer any explanation as to why we could not check in the next day and ended up hanging up on me. We did not want to waste the money we had spent on the reservation and ended up having to book another flight to get to Verona between 2 and 7 to check in, which cost an extra £200. I understand that sometimes booking policies are unavoidable and I would not have had an issue with this if the host handled the situation with more kindness and empathy - unfortunately we were instead treated with extreme rudeness which ruined the start of our trip.

La atención fue de 10, Licia nos explicó todo super bien, nos recomendó sitios para comer y nos puso todas las facilidades del mundo. Otro aspecto a destacar es la ubicación UNA MARAVILLA, estas a dos portales de la casa de Julieta y a 3' de todos los otros sitios de interés turístico. Verona es una ciudad preciosa con mucha vida y muy segura. Nuestro apartamento tenía todas las necesidades básicas y estaba completamente equipado (cocina con vitrocerámica, ollas, sartenes, cafetera nespreso, calentador de agua) no ha microondas ni horno pero considero que no es necesario, solo por matizarlo. La cama muy cómoda y la casa en gental muy cuidada y acojerona. Nos sentimos como en casa, pero si tengo que destacar algo vuelve a ser la fantástica ubicación y el trato de Licia.

El wifi no iba muy bien, tenía puntos estratégicos donde funcionaba algo pero en general no iba. Tuvimos que pagar 150€ de fianza que nos devolvieron enseguida, pero no estaría de más ponerlo!
