Wunderschönes Apartment am Rand der Altstadt

Alles perfekt

Posizione per niente male a due passi dal centro e con fermata bus subito sotto casa per arrivare in zona fiera. Piccolina ma ben arredata. Grande comodità il doppio bagno.

La cucina è veramente piccola e diciamo poco funzionale se si è in due e l’intenzione è quella di mangiare spesso in casa cucinando. Ahimè noi siamo stati sfortunati perché ci sono solo due fornelli elettrici ed uno si era rotto. Cucinare per giorni con un solo fornello è stato molto scomodo.

Friendly welcoming and orientation. Spacious, nicely decorated apartment suitable for a family of 4, in great location! Everything was clean and a common - for all apartments - washing machine can be used, if needed. Worth it!!!

The heating is pre-set at 21Celsius, which is very uncomfortable on cold/winter days. We were told by the host that this is a regulation of Verona municipality. I don't know if that's the case, but we were feeling cold at night. The sofa bed had a broken leg and our kids didn't have the greatest sleep as it was very noisy. I know that things like this can happen and it was a holiday period making impossible the repair but we had to be informed during the detailed housing orientation. One thing that we didn't appreciate and it is irrelevant with the apartment, was the fact that when we were trying to call a taxi (since the taxi app in Verona wasn't working properly) all the automated messages were in Italian. I had to go out on the street asking people to assist me since we didn't have any help on this. I know that it is not any host's job to call for taxi but when you are a foreigner in a country that you don't speak the language, your host is the only person that you "know" and you will seek some help. Anyway, no hard feelings, I wanted to write this here so you can improve even more your customer services as you are doing a great job and it is pitty small things like this to leave a bitter taste to your guests.
