"Ottimo appartamento in pieno centro"

Appartamento spazioso ed accogliente. Posizione ottima, si è a 2 minuti a piedi da piazza delle erbe.

Angolo cucina "minimal"... va bene per fare colazione e pasti "veloci". Meno nel caso ci si voglia cementare con un pasto più articolato

La struttura in condizioni pessime e molto cupa ,lo staff incommentabile , arrivato a verona ricevo un wazzap dalla struttura che mi chiede di pagare subito la tassa di soggiorno tramite link inviatomi al chè provvedo subito e invio screenshot del pagamento come richiesto, mi viene inviato tutto il necessario per poter accedere alla struttura scrivendomi che a causa di molti arrivi non potevano accogliermi quindi rispondo di non preoccuparsi e mi incammino ; dopo circa mezz'ora non trovando il luogo contatto la struttura per avere delle informazioni esatte è mi viene detto che purtroppo non possono più ospitarmi di richiedere il rimborso tramite booking che loro lo avrebbero approvato . Per farla breve dopo diverse telefonate intercorse hanno risolto quando gli ho detto esplicitamente che mi stavo recando dai carabinieri per fare denuncia. L'esperienza è stata pessima è le foto pubblicate non corrispondono alle reali condizioni dell'appartamento ,ovviamente ho tutto documentato mi dispiace che non ho la possibilità di caricare il video che ho girato al mio arrivo.

Las camas no eran muy cómodas. Por otro lado, éramos cuatro personas y solo había 3 sillas en la mesa de desayuno/comida.

Centrale è comoda

Avrei gradito un paio di bottigliette di acqua. Siamo usciti alla sera tardi xke le bimbe avevano sete e nn ci eravamo accorti che nn c’erano in casa
