Location! Location! Location! This place is right next to the Arena, and you have a lovely small terrace that is only a stone throw from the Arena. We - myself, my wife, my 20-yr old son and 17-old daughter - stayed at Arena Dreams from June 15 to June 18, 2023. It is approx. a 15 min walk from the Porta Nuova train station, but as we had large bags, we took a taxi. We met Gabriella and she took much care and time to explain everything to us. It is such a unique property on multiple levels with incredible location - we were sitting on the terrace listening to the performance of Aida on the Friday night (we had tickets for the Saturday night), and were waving at the performers as they exited the stage! As mentioned - the place is multi-levelled! You take about 2-3 sets of of stairs (sorry no lift) to get to the main door, and then another set from the door to get to level 1, which has a bedroom (which we made the main as it had, the terrace), the kitchen, and a larger quieter terrace from the kitchen. the next level up had another bedroom, bathroom, and spare room with wardrobe. From the 2nd level bedroom there were stairs up that led to a 3rd level with one bedroom. The place was lovely, clean, and full of character. And Gabriella was a wonderful hostess!

There are a lot of stairs, so maybe not for people with mobility issues.

The location was unbelievable! Our host, Gabriella, was so lovely and helpful. The city is stunning and everything is within walking distance. The apartment was in a lovely old building with good modern facilities. Overall we loved staying here!

At this time I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Location, windows, bed, patio, view of the colosseum, the hostess (knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, love her job). The restaurant she recommended for dinner was excellent.

Stairs and only one set of keys (it’s not unusual in Europe).

Gabriella is very helpful and has great communication. Her appartment is well designed and large with several stories.

Excellent position near the arena.

Bit noisy in the morning as work on arena for a concert!

The location was perfect - one of the reasons we wanted to stay in Verona was the arena and to have it outside our window was amazing! Gabriella was a delightful hostess and made us feel at home in our apartment, which was welcoming and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

we loved everything about this apartment. The host was so welcoming and knowledgable, we changed our itinerary based on her recommendations and had a great time. the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we would definitely return without hesitation!

nothing to dislike

The location was awesome and the home was super clean.

Parking was small but we have a truck so it was bound to be an issue but we found parking like a 5 minute walk in the Piazza Cittadella parking garage.
