Eccellente. Casa pulita e con tutti i comfort. Il rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. La posizione buona .

Andrebbe migliorato il flusso dell’acqua doccia e lavandino bagno perché è veramente scarse la quantità che esce e rende non confortevole una doccia a fine giornata.

La struttura è in una zona centrale ma è molto tranquilla, è vicinissima a piazza Madonna e lì c'è la fermata del bus. Non è una semplice stanza immagino che originariamente fosse un appartamento vero e proprio e poi è stato convertito, quindi c'è anche la cucina!

immagino che ci sia stato un problema con l'acqua perché aveva poca pressione per il resto è stato tutto ottimo

Квартира большая, достаточно чистая, было тихо. Есть все необходимое.

Рядом в пешей доступности нет магазинов. Проблематично припарковаться. Своего парковочного места нет, есть на улице и трудно найти место. Стоит иметь в виду, что квартира на 4 этаже и лифт не работает.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche.

Wohnung ist in der dritten Etage und der Aufzug war noch defekt. Parken ist meist nur in den Nebenstraßen möglich.
