Nice location.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced since my first night in Italy completely disappointing and upsetting 🥺. Although the room looked nice, the odor was so strong and unpleasant that it was impossible to stay inside the owner accepted the room wasn’t even ready for anyone to stay in. When I raised the issue, the owner offered another accommodation that also belonged to him. However, the alternative place was far away, and he provided no support for our luggage or transportation. When I asked for help, he said directly to my face that he was “not a driver.” We had no choice but to book a new place last minute, which was more expensive because of the urgency. The owner agreed to cancel our reservation and refund the money, but it took him more than three hours just to confirm the cancellation on Booking.com even though I made the request while we were still at his property. I had to contact him multiple times via WhatsApp, but he ignored my messages. When I finally called, he said he was about to block my number. At that point, I completely lost my patience and was ready to report the issue to the police. Only then did he finally confirm the free cancellation. The owner’s attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable for someone in the hospitality business. I strongly do not recommend this property and will never return. P.S. Even though we didn’t stay there, the host still charged us for city tax and parking. He claimed he had already paid for cleaning, and said if we wanted that money back, we would have to clean the room ourselves.

Wonderful stay. The apartment is excellent — newly renovated, very clean, and equipped with quality amenities, bed linens, and towels. The location is truly outstanding. We had very comfortable days here, and Andreas was a great host. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs Laura, who kindly helped us with a small issue with the alarm. I definitely recommend this apartment.

The only remark I would make is that the minibar is quite small and the garage is only practical if you don’t plan to move your car during your stay, as it can only be operated by the host.

The property was convenient to the old town, comfortable and clean. Our host, Andrea, was accommodating and gracious.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Communication from host prior to our arrival about entry was very clear and reassuring. Was a very thoughtful provision of cold drinks in fridge and selection of snacks for our enjoyment. Flat was beautifully furnished and clean, quiet and in an excellent location. Access to historic centre was easy and quick by foot. We recommend this apartment very highly.

O apartamento é bonito, limpo, organizado… O atendimento de Andrea é muito bom, mesmo eu não entendendo a língua direito, ele nos ajudou de forma calma e tranquila explicando tudo com paciência! Muito prestativo, simpático e muito querido! No apartamento tem chá, café, lanches, água… A cozinha tem todos utensílios, mas havia um lembrete para não cozinhar… (eu não entendi), mas para nós não foi problema, pois gostamos de comer em restaurantes.

O fato de ter que cuidar para não derrubar água na pedra do banheiro foi complicado, eu fiquei paranóica limpando todo e qualquer pingo que caia no chão e na pia para não manchar! Em banheiro a pedra não poderia ser porosa pois assim realmente vai sugar a água e manchar a pedra. O lugar não é extremamente perto dos pontos turísticos, mas é no máximo 30 minutos e você vai olhando as ruas e quando vê já esta lá.
