"A wonderful time in a wonderful place!"

I wish every place was as wonderful as this! Starting with the Owner - Gina is wonderful! She is truly the nicest person you will meet. She was waiting for us with a huge smile that didn't disappear from her face the whole time. On the day of departure, she was very keen to drive us by car to the station so that we didn't have to carry our luggage. A lovely person! And although I have only recently started learning to speak Italian, we talked about a hundred different topics. And it was the nicest conversation I had during my whole trip to Italy. The flat itself? Wonderful. The terrace with a wonderful view of the Villa d'Este gardens. Superbly equipped, beautiful kitchen. Comfortable armchairs. Very comfortable beds. Quiet surroundings. Wi-Fi worked well (there are several different routers in different rooms, you have to switch depending on which one has better coverage). I'm struggling to find any downside to this flat - I really think it was a hit! I would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a quiet time in a beautiful place like Tivoli.

I'm trying to find any flaws and it's really difficult. Maybe the fact that it would be great if the flat had an ironing board and iron (and maybe a washing machine?). But that's the only thing I'm able to list - as a hint rather than a drawback.
