Absolutely stunning location, easy walk to the township. Apartment immaculate, great to have gym and pool access to.

Fantastic views of Lake Wanaka

We Booked this “Studio Apartment” for 3 nights. Don’t be fooled by the description, it is not an apartment even though the confirmation states that is an “Entire Apartment”! It is nothing more than an overpriced hotel room with a tiny microwave. The “kitchenette’ is the standard cabinet that is in all hotel rooms with a coffee machine, kettle and crockery. There is no sink so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom! The washing machine and ironing board are in a separate room outside the “apartment” shared with the guest next door. There is no toaster as stated, there are no cooking facilities. We were charged $1015.00 NZD for 3 nights. We could have stayed in a much nicer hotel for less who would have cleaned the room each day and changed the towels. Instead, we were charged $150.00 NZD cleaning fee. Given the size of the room the cleaning would take 30 minutes maximum. I don’t know any cleaning companies that charge $300 per hour so this was an absolute rip off. Also, there are only 2 tiny bins in the room which we were instructed to empty in the skips in the garage! Given we were paying $150 cleaning we did not expect to take out the rubbish. The hot tub which is listed as being as one of the “top features in this apartment” is actually in another building and you are instructed to remove the cover if you want to use which is very heavy and requires at least two people to remove. This is not an apartment or even a studio, save your money and do not stay here.

The studio apartment was well located, and the facilities were excellent, bathroom was really modern and felt like new. Views of the lake from the bed too.

Aircon wasn’t working Room temperature was about 33 degrees.

Great location. Pool, gym and spa facilities were great. Beautiful view from the room. Bed was super comfy!

Kitchen area hadn't been cleaned properly. There was dried milk split around the coffee machine. We were provided plunger coffee but no plunger to make it in!
