VILLA IRENA - Longevity Retreat

Hele leuke ontspannen, behulpzame eigenaren, heerlijk zwembad en het strand is op 2 minuten lopen. De promenade langs de zee leidt tot het dorp en je maakt een mooie wandeling.. Vele restaurantjes op loopafstand en de strandjes zijn eigenlijk langs de hele promenade. Heerlijk helder zeewater en de goedkope ligbedjes maken je vakantie compleet. Met de Uber ben je voor 6 euro in Trogir en 40 euro tot Split. Bistro Zule is op het strand en daar kan je heel lekker eten voor redelijke prijzen met een mooi zeeuitzicht..

Prekrásny výhľad na more bol priam balzám na dušu. Cesta ku moru zabrala dlhých 5 minút 🤣. Veľkým plusom pre nás bol bazén ako súčasť vily a v podvečer sme si vodu fakt užívali. Domáci boli od prvej chvíle ako rodina. Boli milí, ústretoví a starostliví. V tomto smere bol pobyt fakt špičkový. Oliva beach bar v blízkosti bol neskutočný. Miešané nápoje a zmrzlina boli luxusné. Odporúčame cestovať hlavne Uberom a obedovať a nakupovať v Trogire ( je tam viac obchodov a veľká tržnica s miestnymi produktami). Odskúšané reštaurácie máme Tri Volta a Gastro Story obe v okolí promenády. Ceny sú porovnateľné ako na Slovensku v rozmedzí 18 až 30 euro ale kvalita jedla je tam nadpriemerná.

Reštaurácie v blízkom okolí sa ukázali ako pomerne veľký problém. Okrem dvoch boli všetky prázdne a bez osadenstva, ťažko povedať či boli iba pre ubytovaných alebo boli nefunkčné. Podľa google recenzií sa preto orientovať nedalo. Pláž je kamenistá takže nezabudnite na obuv.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Residence Villa Irena. Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage waren top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Pool mit Whirlpool war ein Traum und wir durften ihn auch oftmals ganz für uns alleine genießen. Die beiden Vermieter, Irena und ihr Mann, waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit für Fragen verfügbar. Der Strand war ideal für uns, nicht überlaufen und wir konnten als Familie immer ein schattiges Plätzchen finden. Der Weg vom Strand zur Unterkunft war auch mit Kinderwagen zu bewältigen (nur am Schluss sind ein paar kleinere Stufen).

We cannot fault our stay at the beautiful Residence Villa Irena. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Irena and her whole family were such gracious hosts- warm friendly and very welcoming. Their son Mark was also on hand to offer great local advice which was really appreciated. The apartment it's self was exactly like the pictures and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning in each bedroom worked well and gave a welcome break from the summer heat. The outside seating area was shaded and perfect for breakfast. The two spacious balconies from each bedroom both had incredible sea views which really made our stay all the more special. The swimming pool was also lovely and had the same gorgeous view. We thought the location was perfect for us as a family. The walk down to the beach takes only 5 minutes and although a little steep in places would be fine for most with no mobility issues. The local beaches of Seget Donji are stunning and some of the best we experienced on our trip with great snorkelling just off shore. Seget Donji itself is a stunning and peaceful fishing village with amazing restaurants, away from the busier tourist spots and yet only a short water taxi away from Trogir. We were very sad to leave Villa Irena and would recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday on the stunning Croatian coast. great location, wonderful pool, close to a beautiful beach, very nice owners and staff, very clean apartment. it was a great vacation, I highly recommend it

Clean, comfortable, great pool.

Irena and her husband were really welcoming and we had a lovely time. The pool area was great with a wonderful view. The beach is very near. It’s easy to get the water taxi to Trogir from the nearby hotel which takes about 10 minutes or you can walk all the way (although it does take 40 minutes).

In apartment 1 you do not have a sea view (the terrace is surrounded by olive trees) which was disappointing.
