The P spot and the location it s okay!

Well, let s start with the beginning of the stay, when you arrive in Trogir and of course, they have late check in( 16 00), so i wrote to them at 9 30 in the morning to ask them if i m between 13-14 top, is the room ready, and of course they say yes. I arrive at 13 46 and surprise, the room wasn t ready... We get in at 15...after that, the meeting with the host, which are two, 2 old people 70+ who speak only kroatinen or german, so it s almost imposible to ask them anything or to understand something. Just like 3 signs and that s it. Now the stay: we start with the positive things because there are few: like do you have a P spot and it s in the shadow and you have a terrence which is nice to stay at night and thats it. And yeah, the cleaning was done okay at first. Now the bad things : the wi fi doesn t work and they won t do nothing about that, just leave your messages on seen. They will never change your 2 towels or your sheets(we stay for 8 days...), they will give you 2 roles of toilet paper and the rest, you have to buy it. The TV has like 5 channels, all of them in german... The AC is from prehistoric times and you have to leave him day and night for good room temperature. Your fridge is a small one, but the noise of it, near your bed will drive you insane. We had room 7, but the stay start from 3rd floor, so 7 it s at the last floor, at 4. The bathroom stinks all the time and yeah, you have just 1 bag for the bun, the rest you will buy them. The door handle of bathroom will always fall and if you open the terrence door, it will open the bathroom one. The toilet brush it s broken, the bed it s quite low and very unconfortable because it s has 2 matrese, not one. And the list can continue, but i think it s enough for you, the next ones to not be tricked like us and choose something else, because you don t want this type of stay in your holiday.

We had an unfortunate experience staying in this apartment for 8 days. Despite our efforts to address the issues, neither the owner nor Booking.com provided adequate assistance. Interestingly, after contacting Booking.com on day 3, they provided me with an email to submit my complaint, which didn't work. Then, on day 8 (when we were already at the airport), we received a message that they had asked the owner to improve the conditions. Reception: The reception was managed by an elderly couple who only spoke German, making communication challenging and unwelcoming. When we requested a crib for our 20-month-old baby, they hesitated and suggested using the sofa bed instead. After a 10-minute uncomfortable conversation via Google Translate, we finally received the crib. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi did not work from the moment we arrived. The manager initially informed us that the provided password was incorrect and later mentioned it needed resetting. Despite these efforts, the Wi-Fi issue remained unresolved throughout our stay. Air Conditioning: There is only one air conditioning unit in the apartment, which was insufficient. When we expressed our concern, they insisted it was adequate. We requested a fan for better air circulation, but they informed us that fans would not be provided. Bedding: Only sheets were provided. When we asked for duvets, we were told they were not supplied during the summer. Broken Bed and Mattress: The bed in the bedroom was broken, and the mattress was misshapen. Overall, our stay was very disappointing due to these unresolved issues and the lack of proper communication and responsibility from the owner and booking.com.

The rooms were nice with quite a lot of equipment

The hosts didnt speak english and were exceedingly rude with us. They dont have the slightest idea of what hospitality means. They kept complaining and talking in an unaccaptable tone with me and my friends. I felt treathened at certain times. The reason why they supposadly got mad at us is the "state of thr rooms". We spent about 2 hours to wipe everything clean and leave our room in as much of a nice state as we could. Regardless the old man from the staff came in there and started swearing at us and ranting in german. He wouldn't get how german is my third language and I only speak at a half decent level and said I'm lying. Started complaining about everything, and when I asked him to be a bit more understanding and patient he went all passive aggressive and told me how magically I can now speak german then continued to complain and telling me off. His problem was the dirt on the ground which we obvously couldnt clean up due to a lack of cleaning equipment. Trying to speak with these people was nothing more than pathetic, I felt almost like in a circus (not in a good way). Way to ruin a nice holiday. Don't recommend choosing this place to anyone unless you speak good german and are able to fend this mad, angry ever complaining horrible host off.
