Appartement Dominik

The apartment was a good size for our group, newly furnished. The showers were great, bathrooms spacious and beds comfortable. We enjoyed having the outdoor table and chairs to sit out when the sun was shining, It was very convenient to park right outside, and the SPAR supermarket was only a 5 minute walk away. There is a restaurant right next door, where we had a good meal, plus others in walking distance of the apartment. The ski boot room is well equipped with warmers, and we were able to use the laundry facilities.

We had to ask for some extra glasses and mugs but these were quickly delivered. An extra chair in the bedroom would be helpful, there is just the one stool. These are very minor points, the apartment was lovely.

Host was there to meet us and was really welcoming. Showed us where all the extra things were kept...like blankets and seat pads for chairs on the balcony....and showed us where the washing machine etc was. I felt I could ring him and ask if i needed anything else, which I didn't, but I knew he wouldn't have minded being bothered if I had. Really helpful telling us on the map the places to go for skiing. Gave other useful information. Apartment clean and functional and had helpful things like salt/ pepper/ sugar, drying and washing up cloths, wash up liquid, hand soap etc Lots of clean linen amd towels if we needed more. Great location and some lovely restaurants in the town. Good room for skiis and heated boot dryers. Fab place!

Could do with a few more mugs so we didn't have to wash them up each time. And a few small tumbler glasses . The coffee machine was a bit complicated too Otherwise, perfect.

Everything was great from the start, the host was extremely helpful, communicative and kind. We found everything what we needed in the appartment which was well equipped, very clean. We actually liked evertyhing about this property.

The appartment was very comfortable, modern, clean and warm (the underfloor heating did a great job!). The hosts were very hospitable and helpful - they let an extra (previously unplanned) person stay in our 2-person 1 bedroom appartment free of charge on a very short notice and provided a thick single-bed size materace to sleep on. The appartment was spacious enough for the materace to fit in the living/dining room and thanks to the underfloor heating it was very comfy to sleep on. The bathroom was sparkling clean and it was the biggest one I've ever had in Zillertal which gave a pleasant feeling of the host not trying to squeeze in everything in the least number of square meters. The kitchen annex of the living/dining room was very well equipped with everything you might need and there was also enough space there to eat and rest. There was a perfect skiroom in the basement with heated ski boots dryer. The parking was big enough and very easy to drive in and out. The location is a few hundred meters from the main Zillertal road, a few minute drive to Kaltenbach, ~12 min. to Zillertal Arena, ~20 min. to Horgbergbahn (Mountopolis) and ~45 min. to Hintertux (which is the best option for very warm days). Spieljoch is similar distance to Kaltenbach, but we don't ski there (it's too small).

Everything was perfect. I think the coffee machine required some service program but I always take instant coffee for my skiing trips (I can do without a proper coffee for 1-2 weeks in a year) and didn't expect a coffee machine with a grinder so we didn't even bother the host to have a look.

Everything was super. so pleasant that we actually planned during our stay to come every year for a weeks time to relax.
