The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the whole stay. He showed us around the city, and gave us all the recommendations for the best places. For a very cheap price he was willing to drive us to the Podgorica airport when we left. The apartman was clean and had a beautiful view to the sea. I can honestly recommend to everyone to choose this apartment when visiting Ulcinj. For me a balkans provided some real difficult culture shocks, but the home owner made sure to explain us everything, which made the whole stay a lot better.

The location was a bit tricky, so you definitely have to be a good driver to survive in Montenegro’s tiny roads, but again the owner helped us with everything. Another thing is, there is a nice beach nearby (around 200 m), but most days we either walked to the Small beach (around 1.5 km) or drove to the Long beach (around 5 km), so the best beaches are a bit further away.

A házigazda, a feeling a teraszon, a csend és a nyugalom. Csendes és nagyon jól funkcionáló klíma. A tisztaság, a pont megfelelő mennyiségű és minőségű konyhai és egyéb felszerelés. Hogy mindenből ami elfogyhat kellő mennyiség állt rendelkezésre. Hogy Agim elvitt autóval és mindent megmutatott. Az elhelyezkedés nagyon tetszett annak ellenére, hogy komolyan kell venni a mások figyelmeztetését a gyakorlott autóvezetői képességek meglétéről!

Hogy valójában csak egy hálószobás, a másik az nappali. Semmiképp sem 5 férőhelyes, annak már szűkös lenne. Nincs konyhai elszívó és világítás a tűzhely felett. Nincs micro! És a fürdő az elég szűkös. Ennyi általam írt negatív dolog után - ennek ellenére - bármikor szívesen újra mennék, mert nagyon jól éreztem magam és Agim és felesége nagyszerű emberek.

Bis zum Supermarkt ist es ein bergiger Weg weg. Auto empfohlen.

Excellent place for a family vacation. Quiet and cozzy. Owner of a property was extremly helpful and friendly. To reach property good driving skills required. Two city beaches close by you can go on foot, good exercise by the way. Old town full of shops,bars and restaurants around 20 minutes of walk away. Every recomendation to visit Ulcinj old town, Sveti Nikola Church, Big city Beach, Valdanos beach...Spuza Apartments it keep going 👌
