It was late at night, so we made a reservation at 02:15-02:30, the booking showed us that we could arrive at any time until 00:00 on that day, August 28 (August 28 was supposed to be dawn). When we arrived, they couldn't figure out which reservation we were talking about and let us out on the street, then they called us, but they told us that we had a reservation at 4:00 PM and they couldn't let us in. We stayed on the street. The money was charged from the card during the robbery, we are trying to contact the owners to get the money back, but they are not answering us.

The location is amazing. The room has everything you need. The beds were extra comfy. Everything was clean (just a little worn out). Self checkin checkout was easy. Instructions were clear, there was even a video on how to get in. Wi fi was good

Main awful point: there are multiple apartments in this property, and the one I was in wasn’t pictured in the photos, and wasn’t as nice. The owner sent me the wrong code to the main door (but I found the right one under the YouTube video, good thing I noticed they were different and tried both). The shower was clogging super fast. The doors were hard to open, I thought I’d break the keys. Everything was a little old and worn out. There was no toilet paper on the next day, and no back up in the shelves. Expensive, considering what you get.

the location is great. you can walk to the center in 15mins

It was really hot. although we have an AC in the room, we couldn’t use it as there was no remote. if we were not allowed to use the AC, there should have been a fan at the very least, especially during the hot summer.
