CHMost terrible location, very busy train station next to it, every few minutes there is the train that breaks and stops. Very noisy and can’t sleep at all. The place is also far from the centre. Very dirty inside the apartment, the doors cannot be closed properly and slam and making noise all night in addition to the trains! Also full of stuff that make us feel like living in someone else apartment. No kettle to boil water.
The place is beyond making better, better to find another place,

DEThe high-rise view: waking up to the rising sun over the ocean. You can see the building from San Marino. The location: < 5 min walk from Rimini station, Carrefour in the building for grocery shopping, walking distance to beach and Rimini old city (-10 min).
Cleaning can be a bit better from my wife’s perspective. I was fine. ;-)
