The place has ok location, and was clean

The owner was very difficult and strange when confronted with our complaints. We were woken up the first early morning by insanely load banging. Turns out workers were demolishing the walls of the apartment right upstairs! Talked to the workers who confirmed the work would be ongoing for the rest of the week. Contacted the owner and told her about the situation. We naturally did not want to stay on for the next two nights, as the noise from upstairs was unbearable. To our surprise she did not react in a compassionate or apologetic way at all! First she did not believe us, and when we told her to please come and see for herself, she said she was in another city. We took some pictures and sent her. To which she replied by accusing us of having an extra person staying with us - for which she wanted extra payment! We did not have another person in the apartment at all - not even visiting - so that was just a super weird claim to make. It took us the whole day to convince her to refund us for the next two nights. A lot of messages back and forth as she did not answer the phone. She very unwillingly refunded us in the end - minus the booking.com fee of about 50 euros. Not an apology. And through it all threatening us that we would have to pay another night if we did not leave the apartment - which we had left that same morning as it was impossible for anyone with even remote hearing to stay there with all that noise.

The location is amazing, sooo close from the beach and from the old town!!!

Great little tidy apartment with all you need literally a 2 second walk to the beach. Close to old town and city sites, convenient to cafes and best of all easy to walk the beach, boardwalk or laze about the beach watching the kite boarders - incredible!

There's nothing not to like - since we are traveling about It would be nice if the apartment provided beach chairs, sun umbrella and maybe a couple spare towels as these items are so key to the location of the apartment for full comfort and enjoyment but not realistic to carry along with us on our journey!

The flat is literally on the beach so for chilling, running on the beach and just a walk it is perfect. It is also next to the port and 5, from the centre of town so for going out it is ideal. The modern flat facilities and good internet connection. Marina was super responsive and helpful when we needed extra towels and information. The aircon was great. The shower was very good too. We would definitely rent again!

We were a couple so having 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed is not ideal. Using clips to hold the bed together would be a good idea. If you are a light sleeper then you may be disturbed by the flow of people coming off the beach in the evenings or the neighbours in the flat upstairs.
