Расположение. Логистика. Очень зеленый и ухоженный ЖК. Магазины, рестораны, кафе - рядом. Недалеко расположен симпатичный парк. Удобно Добираться до центра. несколько остановок на трамвае. остановка прямо напротив подъезда.
