Leggere attentamente le altre recensioni. Io purtroppo non l'ho fatto, altrimenti non avrei mai preso questa stanza. Eravamo 3 donne ed il host non trasmette sicurezza, atteggiamento invadente. Mi ha chiesto un supplemento di 6 € a testa per le lenzuola (tra l'altro incomplete), e 5 € per l'aria condizionata + 1,5€ della tassa di soggiorno. Ovviamente tutto in contanti. Non ci sono asciugamani ne prodotti base per l'igiene ne in bagno ne in cucina. Solo mezzo rotolo di carta igienica. Niente WiFi. Non lo definirei un posto pulito. Siamo state solo una notte per fortuna.

The host refused to accommodate us at the confirmed time that he himself had approved. He ignored our messages and only picked up the phone to tell us we could come 3 hours later. The accommodation is on the ground floor and is in fact office premises without windows. The entrance is through shutters with a key and glass doors that cannot be locked – absolutely no security against theft. The place does not meet even the basic standards of accommodation. The photos online are misleading and do not match reality. The host also lied about the view – he promised a beautiful view of the city and mountains, but in reality you are looking at a children’s playground and a road. In the kitchen there is only cold water, the dishes are dirty, and there is no kettle. The host lied again, claiming you could cook great meals there. The so-called “terrace” is laughable – just space for two people, without a table, and shared with other accommodations. The bedroom has no window, the room is a passage to the bathroom, which has no ventilation. The smell from the bathroom can only be aired out by opening the front door directly to the street. Basic items were missing: toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, kitchen towel. Towels, air conditioning, and bed linen are charged extra per person – when you add everything up, it becomes unreasonably expensive. The entire stay was an extreme disappointment. This is a miserable, unsuitable place that we do not recommend to anyone.

Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência extremamente negativa com o anfitrião. Ao chegarmos, fomos obrigados a esperar por mais de 40 minutos e, quando ele finalmente apareceu, estava visivelmente embriagado, mal conseguia se comunicar e demonstrou comportamentos desrespeitosos, especialmente com as mulheres presentes. Além disso, tentou nos cobrar taxas extras e abusivas por itens básicos como uso do ar-condicionado, lençóis e outros serviços que normalmente já estão incluídos na hospedagem. O local também apresentava condições de higiene precárias, faltando itens essenciais para uma estadia minimamente confortável, como toalhas, por exemplo. Diante da situação e me sentindo totalmente insegura naquele ambiente, decidi ir embora. Isso, além de todo o transtorno, gerou um prejuízo financeiro, pois tive que arcar com os custos de uma nova hospedagem, o que pode ser facilmente comprovado por meio do meu histórico de reservas na plataforma. Espero que essa situação seja avaliada com seriedade, pois coloca em risco a segurança e bem-estar dos usuários.
