Parėjus vėliau, vartai buvo užrakinti, ir neatsidarė, nors prieš tai registratūros darbuotoja garantavo, kad su kambario kortele galima grįžti bet kada. Teko užsisakyti kitą viešbutį naktį. Keturias dienas po kelionės susirašinėjus su viešbučio administracija ir garantavus, kad pinigai už netikėtai reikėjusį užsisakyti kitą viešbutį, bus grąžinti- per 4 paras taip ir neatsirado. Jokios kitos moralinės kompensacijos viešbučio administracija net nepasiūlė! O juk mes atsiradome naktį prie užrakintų vartų ir bandėme prisibelsti mažiausia valandą laiko. Šitaip dirba viešbučio administracija!!! Vienos pamainos darbuotojas jokia kita kalba ( nei anglų, nei rusų, nei vokiečių) išskyrus lenkų, nekalbėjo!!!
