Apartment Saski Garden Marszalkowska street

The place has a fantastic view over the Saski Garden, the town and across the Vistula river. If you add to it the tastily designed interior, the apartment is a nice place to stay. There are trams, buses and the tube close by, so moving around is easy. Breakfasts have to be sought a little further afield, but within 15 minutes walk there is a sufficient choice.

It looks like the place can overheat during the summer and even with A/C I wouldn't recommend staying there on very hot days.

The location and the air conditioning were both satisfactory.

The place didn't have proper accommodations. Getting to the parking spot involved speaking with a doorman who only spoke Polish and insisted on being paid in Polish money. It was really difficult to communicate with him, so we had to ask a random guy on the street to help us out. Also, the sofa bed didn't look clean.

The location was excellent, the building was ok and safe. The apartment is quite small, but well equipped and clean. Parking area felt safe.

There are no blinds in the living room, so anyone sleeping there should be prepared for this. The door to the bathroom is quite see-through. Arranging the parking with the parking attendant, as non polish speakers was a nightmare. Even though we wrote into google translate what we need, he kept on talking to us in polish, instead of just taking our money and let us in, or nod his head. Finally found someone to translate and got in.

Good placement

A little attention to detail would be nice. Door handles were loose and an overhead shelf was nearly falling off. Before us, the thrash wasn’t disposed of in time and the place under the sink was smelly.

The flat is incredibly dirty. Walls, light switches, fridge, kitchen are in terrible conditions. I don't understand how people could rate this place highly - for 500pln 2 nights it's very much aligned to high standards places. There was a glass shelf literally on the bed that could have fallen any moment. Terrible experience.

The box with the key is located outside. The lock in the box was frozen and it was difficult to get the key. There is paid parking ONLY. The guard hesitated for a long time whether to let us in. In the end he charged us 10 €! 2 of the 4 light bulbs on the ceiling are not lit in the apartment. No curtains. The apartment was poorly cleaned. It's very drafty from the window.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, and well-stocked with everything needed.
