Świetna lokalizacja, samo centrum, wszędzie blisko: do zabytków, restauracji, sklepów, dworca PKP. Ma to miejsce swój klimat starego, warszawskiego mieszkania. Czysto - choć jeden z ręczników faktycznie pozostawiał na skórze lekko zatęchły zapach (którego nie było czuć przed zamoczeniem go), ale drugi był już bez zarzutu.

Drzwi do mieszkania otwarte praktycznie cały czas, parę miejsc w środku do odświeżenia (czarne kąty przy oknach).
