"No stay due to inconsistent communication"

The property confirmed my reservation then 2 days before my arrival tell me that they had no units available due to an internal website mistake and that they had to initiate a cancellation. I had to accept it and look for other locations. They sent me a message 1 day before my travels to tell me they kept my reservation. I replied that I already found an alternate accommodation and requested they cancel on their end. Nobody replied. They cancelled the reservation the day of my arrival later in the day. Bottom line: inconsistent, irresponsible , slow and confusing communication.
