Lovely apartment- Poznanska 16

Location very central and beautiful apartment block that was very clean and well renovated. Quite spacious.

Staff, it took me over 2 hours to gain access to the property! Number provided was going through to voicemail. I had to gain the support of customer service. Delayed my business in the capital. Ran down apartment. Not well maintained and not well cleaned. Cable sticking out of the wall. Very windy windows. Noises from outside.

Good price-quality ratio

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for 3 people. Huge shower with great water pressure. Kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast and light dinners. Washing machine was useful.

Microwave was dirty and difficult to understand how to use.

Full instructions were not provided at the very beginning so we could not get to the room. It took us a while to find WiFi around to be able to contact the property with a question. The answer was received and we finally got the door code but this experience was unpleasant.

Clear instructions are to be provided ahead of time.

The decor and interior of the apartment are exceptional , very large bed , comfortably fits two people . Amazing value for price . Good facilities , such as oven , washing machine , cutlery and hair dryer . TV with Netflix and Spotify on it . As well as multiple white hand towels . Can’t express how satisfied I was with my stay , the entire apartment building is very fancy looking and the property is very clean . Located in a very safe area , about 10-15 mins walk from the Palace of Culture and Science . A fan was also provided , which came in very handy considering the hot Polish weather . Easily accessible through public m transport

There is nothing that I was not satisfied with .
