Lokalizacja mieszkania jest dużym plusem – blisko komunikacji miejskiej oraz Dworca Zachodniego, w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. W okolicy blisko Żabka oraz pizzeria i kebab.

Niestety, pobyt miał też swoje minusy. W mieszkaniu i na klatce schodowej wyczuwalny był zapach papierosów, mimo że nikt z lokatorów nie pali. Stan kanapy pozostawiał wiele do życzenia pod względem czystości i świeżości. Dodatkowo sąsiedzi nie wykazują akceptacji wobec obecności psów, co może być uciążliwe dla osób podróżujących ze zwierzętami.
