The apartment is nice, but within one year of staying in the same apartment, it shows how it's getting worn out and there is little to no maintenance, like drawers just falling off, and mold in the bathroom, etc. Its not much work but its make all the difference how this aprtment will look in another year or two...

The location was very good for Bus Transport, Promenade Walks, Benches for Seating to admire the view, close to Beaches, Church Service, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarket close by, Children Playground.

I was not able to use the clothes dry air in the laundry. When technician came, he found that the water tank was too full so it would not work. Needed emptying out. I was not able to operate the washing machine. Technician was very helpful, even left Video of how to operate the various cycles. Had difficulty to operate Television. Technician was very helpful with instructions. I was satisfied with the prompt and friendly service I received for the above items.

Very clean and modern, excellent location!

They digital lock was very buggy, sometimes taking 3min to enter the apartment.

Very good location very near to the bus station and beach. It's good because you don't need to mean anyone, everything works via codes. Food store is 10 meters away which is great.

Very nice and big apartment. Clear instructions regarding access and entry to the apartment - very easy. Friendly and helpful employees. The only small problem is the parking, which is on the street and sometimes (especially towards the evening) it is difficult to find (you have to circle the streets and you can find it quite a few blocks away). Otherwise everything is great and we would come back :)

The apartment is exactly how it’s shown on the photos. It’s very nice and spacious. There were two of us staying but you could comfortably have 4. Shower was excellent (decent water pressure). Wifi also good. We found the location perfect. 10 mins walk down to the ferry and maybe the same down to towards St Julian area. There’s also a very well stocked supermarket pretty much next door which was useful. We didn’t cook (just had breakfast in the apartment) but the kitchen seemed to have everything you need to cook, if you wanted to do that.

The apartment was pretty clean except the floors hasn’t been swept/vacuumed. My bathroom bin was completely full of the previous occupants rubbish which was pretty gross. What’s driving the low score is the comms (or lack thereof) from the owners/management company. After the initial booking, you received the standard confirmation email. I responded to take up their offer of arranging a taxi for us. I also enquired about a late check out. Less than a week before our travel, I realised that I hadn’t heard anything back. Got in touch, no response. After that I booked my own taxi and sent them a message to confirm I had done so (it was now 3 days before travel). Still no response so started to worry if this apartment even existed. Called the number on the booking, no answer. So called Booking.com and they tried to call them, also got no response. Booking.com emailed Mgmt company and the next day the Mgmt company got int touch. Apparently they weren’t receiving messages via the Booking.com app/website. However they then sent a message saying that they had cancelled the taxi they had booked for us. So that doesn’t make sense that they weren’t receiving the messages??? Even after all that I had to chase to receive the checking in process. Not the best build up to our holiday I must say. They need to do better here. If didn’t even get better after that. After we arrived at the apartment - to cut a long story short - the instructions they gave us to self check in were completely wrong. And I mean wrong. It talked about a lock box and even had a link showing you how to open it. No lock box existed, it was a completely different door opening process which involved a door code. No keys in sight. When we couldn’t find the lock box, tried to ring. Surprise surprise no answer. Eventually they did ring back after 15 mins but this was around 9.30pm. Not ideal when you’re arriving late and you’re even wondering if you’re even at the right building.
