Apartment was not clean properly ! Need renovation in some places. Kitchen - not fully prepared mising pans , forks etc

Very good location, close to main bar area, on the other side big parks, also very close central station. Interior is interesting and cozy. Working air conditioner helps a lot in a hot days. Also nice to have balcony for a refreshing breakfast coffee in the morning.

We found just 2 towels for our stay and it wasn't enough because we had to use them and for legs, and for body, and for the face/hands. The bed sheet was too small and all the time 2 corners were slipping away. Some small interior details (main room light, cups and ect) need to be updated.

Great location, spacious apartment and had a nice feel. Well equipped kitchen and responsive hosts when there was an issue - the air con wasn’t working but they did offer a discount on the rate.

Decoration and fixtures look very tired and are in need of an update - sometimes they are broken and an attempt has been made to cover this up poorly.

Definitely, this apartment has an amazing location and view! I would say that it’s a cozy place and everything you need is close to you. the best coffee and breakfast are right on the next street.

I would like to have much cleaner actually everything in this apartment. Towels has been cleaned but with some smell. The same about dishes, someone has tidied up everything but not so good.

I guess the location is very nice if you stay for longer than a night and check the neighborhood. Could be a good stay if properly maintained.

Entering the apartment is somewhat complicated with a code to be entered 2 times just to get into the building. When you enter the apartment you notice some strange smell, I think that could be from chemicals used for cleaning, not sure. Apartment is quite worn-out and doesn't correspond to the shiny and bright photos in the listing. The towel is thin and also old. But the "best" about this apartment was the state of the couch. It was covered with... sperm, I believe. There were stains all over the couch cover and also on the pillows. Even on the pillows that they put above the bed pillows. I was so much disgusted that couldn't stay there. That's not something you would tolerate or look a meaningful explanation for. Looks like the host doesn't care about such incidents (just check other reviews mentioning bad smell and poor cleaning) and surprisingly Booking.com Customer Support has no influence on them!

Location was good.

The appartament was different from what was announced. 2 days prior arrival the host send me a message that they were renewing the building, so I couldn't use parts of the appartment I've paid for. There was no view as annouced. The balcony was impossible to use. Very different from what I've rented by the pictures. The message was too late to rent another apartment or cancel with free cancelation. I do not recommend this host.
