The apartment did not smell fresh

The location was perfect! Nice apartment. Clean. A lot of parking places, but paid 4.50 zlt/hour.

The bed was broken and had been already fixed with adhesive belt. I informed the agency and they proposed me to move to another apartment. I will not put the bad mark, because they tried to help at least with relocation. But for future tenancies the information can be useful; check the bed as soon as you arrive to the apartment.

The location is good. The apartment is located near to the all transportations.

The heater was not working when I arrived. When I contacted them, they helped me like 3-4 days later. It was freezing at home. And I guess in my bed there were bedbugs because during my 7 nights, I couldn't sleep at all because of itching. There were washing machine but I had no chance to wash them because the heater were not working and it was impossible to let them dry. There were no spare beddings. Even I couldn't take a shower because of cold :)

I came for a job in Warsaw. The apartment is in a very good central. location, everything is within walking distance. The design, the quality corresponds to the price, everything was very clean. 10/10

I will put a fat - here as far as service is concerned. This is the first time it has happened to me. I used 3 different cards from different banks to pay for the apartments. On the day of arrival I did not receive any instructions on how to enter the apartment, with the reason being that the apartment had not been paid for. After contacting customer service at 6pm, the check would have been due at 3pm, I was offered to cancel my booking and book at a higher rate on Airbnb. At that time I was already in Warsaw without accommodation for a week. After offering to pay in cash, by transfer, because I wanted to stay in this apartment. I was told that the only option was to transfer by the Polish payment system. After a long search among friends, I managed to pay them. I sent payment confirmation at 8pm, received instructions to log in at 9am the next morning The night after the long drive, I had to look for a place to stay overnight.
