Good location. Big apartment. AC worked well. Everything you need is in the apartment, the kitchen is well equiped.

A little bit worn down. Felt a little bit old. The pool was not totally clean.

"Had $300 stolen"

Until our last day, everything was as expected. Good location, good apartment but nothing special - just what we wanted.

We had an afternoon flight so had to leave our bags with the host after check out in the morning. I debated whether to take my valuables with me but felt it was safer with the host than take everything to the city. When we came back I saw that $300 where taken from my bag. I am 100% certain that I didnt lose it before otherwise I would not make such a claim here. The host was sitting next to our bags the entire time.( I asked her and she confirmed). When confronted to our money missing she basically didnt say anything but we had to leave pretty much immediatly in order to catch our flight. Even though our stay was fine until that incident, I wouldnt recommend staying there and supporting these people!

We had an amazing stay in Rischland Villas. Althought we booked very last minute, the host was super nice and accommodating and the house personnel made the house available just in time for our arrival. The villa is really a paradise and we could enjoy the swimming pool all by ourselves. The beach is at a walking distance and nearby are also many bazaars. We would love to come back here one day!

It is very good villas in the middle of Watamu. 5 minutes by walk from the closest beach. There are market and restoraunts around. The host is very friendly. Apartments are big, clean and they have everything for long staying. The territory is green, the pool is small, but clean

Wi-fi doesnt work good in the whole territory. The pool was closed

Beautiful and peaceful place. Very clean, nice pool, beautiful compound. Friendly staff. A super safe place, nearby restaurants, supermarket, beach.

A new management. Unfortunately no great efforts in deficits. Was not much support. TV was broken and fundi was not able to fix it within 10 days.
