Dobra lokalizacja w Centrum.

Podniszczone wnętrze - drobne prace konserwatorskie i remontowe bardzo pożądane. Nieprzyjemny zapach na korytarzu (wiem i rozumiem, że właściciel mieszkania nie ma wpływu na to, że sąsiedzi palą na klatce, ale bardzo wpływa ta na pierwsze wrażenie, którego nie pomaga zatrzeć podniszczona przestrzeń mieszkania).

Widać zużycie materiału, zdjęcia robione pewnie świeżo po remoncie, teraz już meble w łazience wymagają wymiany

Niestety, rezerwacja została odwołana w dniu zameldowana 30 min przed możliwością zameldowania właśnie dojeżdżaliśmy do Warszawy. Słabo.
