The space in the apartment and the location.

The view from the apartment was fantastic. Great apartment - everything you need. Parking space was a plus, too.

The bed in the master bedroom - mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were feathers I dislike feather pillows.

Very clean and everything that you need is provided. Lovely little touches of complimentary biscuits, crisps and chocolates. Nice touches such as providing tea, coffee, washing up liquid, hand soap and hand cream. A short walk into town.

The bed is small.

Stayed here for the second time so that says it all ☺️

When taking a shower 🚿 the shower head kept tilting forward so you have to keep adjusting it

The welcoming gifts on entry the views of the river. Very comfortable sofa and beds. Very quiet location speed of lifts. Use of tablet to make checking in and out easy.

Unable to open windows

The location a short walk from the town centre was really good. The car parking space was a bonus too.

The property could have been cleaner. For example toothbrush stains from previous occupants were still in the holders in the bathroom and the kitchen cupboard fronts needed a wipe.

How clean and close to everything in Whitby

We loved the location of the apartment and the easy to access parking spot. It was very tastefully decorated with gorgeous bedding. Lovely treats awaiting us too x

The only thing that I would change is to swap the washing machine for a dishwasher as I personally hate washing up on holiday!

The location was great and the free parking an asset. The apartment is quiet and out of the way of the rowdy pubs further in town! Great view over the river too.

The bond we had to pay which was hidden in the small print of the booking was a negative.
