Location good. Good amount of space . Air con was reasonable. We appreciated an early check in. We enjoyed the area and love Verona.

Tv did not work and it was a series of unkept appointments made to get it fixed, we set a particular day and time and no one showed up. This was annoying . Communication with property management was slow and not responsive. Sometimes over 24 hrs to respond. The shower pressure was weak and one had a leaking shower hose when water was turned on. Insufficient essentials : dishwashing liquid, bath soap , washing machine liquid, essentials for cooking. We had to go out and buy so many basics things that we expected to be supplied. Pillows were uncomfortable and hard.

The location is fantastic!! Right in the heart of restaurants, churches, shopping, and incredible architectural beauty.

Only one thing: the sheets on the beds were not fitted, so they were constantly coming untucked and a complete mess when sleeping. It’s a minor thing, and so easy to fix.

Wunderschöne Wohnung und erstaunlich ruhig gelegen. Zwei grössere Zimmer, ein kleineres Zimmer und ein riesiges Wohnzimmer.

Location

The property needs to be fumigated. I don't know if there are fleas or bed bugs in that property, but we were eaten alive.. 2 of the 3 beds and couch were infested, couldn't sit or sleep without being bitten. We had to buy cortisone and antibacterial cream for the bites we had. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, the bed mattress wasn't the right size for the bed, so you had to be careful when getting out otherwise you would have a nasty bump. The apartment was quite dark, but the toilets were very nice and spacious though not enough toilet paper was supplied. We had to remove our own trash and divide all recyclable materials and dispose of it across the other side of the street.
