"The unit was walking distance to everything."

It was in the City Center

Aircon did not reach 1 room, We had to open the window. Unit on the 6th floor and there was no elevator. Carrying luggage up 6 flights of stairs was a nightmare

"Good stay."

Location is great at the centre. Staff is helpful. Rooms spacious.

Second bed not so comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen could be modernised.

Location exceptional, very close to everything in the centre. The apartment had everything needed including a washing machine, clothes horse and iron. On arrival a few things (quite inconsequential) were not working, once informed the management they were fixed within a few hours.

The apartment was on the third floor and it was difficult with the luggage but the view it's great.

"Superb location and comfortable flat."

The location is perfect, super central and close to everything. However, as it is pretty central and close to restaurants and bars, etc, it might get noisy during nights. We didn't care about this because we preferred being central and knew that this was something it could happen.

The noise (although we were expecting this and is not that bad as bars close early at 1am) and being asked to provide copy of our passports through WhatsApp. I think this is not reasonable or proportionated.

Everything, the location was perfect in the very city centre, the apartment was very big and comfortable. The host was very polite and responsive.
