Redsky self catering Agulhas

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Redsky with my family! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean and beautifully maintained the place was. The linen was crisp white, and spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and more! What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Even though we arrived quite late at 22:00, our amazing host stayed up and checked in regularly to make sure we were safe and found the place easily. That kind of care and kindness is rare, thank you Moira, for your warm heart and thoughtful attention. The location is fantastic , just a short walk to the beach and the lighthouse. Every detail in the home was clearly thought out with guests’ comfort in mind, from the high-quality warm blankets to the heaters and air coolers in each room. As a plant lover, I especially appreciated the stunning paintings of trees throughout the house, including in the bathrooms — they added such a peaceful, natural touch that made the space feel even more special. Thank you, Moira and family, for opening up your beautiful home to us. We felt so welcomed and cared for — it truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Moira was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and ready with plenty of local tips and insights to help us make the most of our stay. The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. While it was a little chilly (thanks to the coastal weather), there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm and cosey. It felt like a true home away from home. It would be wonderful to come back during the warmer months.

Close proximity to the beach and restaurants

Wow I cannot even explain how lovely Moira is. Absolute jem!!! The house was stunningly beautiful and literally a few steps away from the ocean. We had an ocean view the entire time. I can't wait to spend many more holidays here and I'll definitely be booking longer than just a weekend.

Moira is a lovely, friendly host. Everything was clean and comfy. The dogs had space outside and so did my duaghter, she enjoyed playing outside. Accommodation is wonderful.
