Unfortunately the property did not match the photos and facilities listed on the booking.com

Broken chair that’s was promised to replaced which never happened. The floor was filthy please see the white sock photo on the room file. The coffee table was useless and actually dangerous to put anything on. Marquee outside on our was already broken. When we mentioned any of this the owner was questioning us why the number of children was 4 when we clearly listed when made booking where we had to even put the each child age too as she said she was told by you as agency only 3kids!!! That absolutely ruined our holiday!
