The location.

The heater was not enough and it was too cold. The power of the apartment turned off. The bed was not comfortable. The shower became cold after 5 minutes using it.

The property was in an excellent location near very good bars and restaurants, but nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the main centre. Easy walk and transport to all the sights. The property was very clean and tidy with lots of facilities to make the stay comfortable.

Very clean, had everything we needed and close walk to the city centre. The host was friendly and helpful

Only a sofa-bed was provided which wasn't the most comfortable
