Gregorio and his father are the most kind and helpful property owners. For a fee they retrieved us at the airport, after our delay, and brought us directly to the apartment. The apartment's location is MORE THAN IDEAL. It is conveniently located on a quiet street near Piazza Erbe in the historic section of the city. Very easy to walk to all of the city's attractions. The supplies in the kitchen were excellent and the bathroom, while could have used a bit more counter space, was of a good size. The washing machine was wonderful. The air conditioning worked great on the lower level.

While I knew saw there were stairs in the apartment, I was not prepared that they were so steep and led to the two sleeping areas in a loft style. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night was very difficult. Low lighting on the stairs would be a great addition. Lighting was either very little or extremely bright. The air conditioner was adequate for the area with the double bed but the room with the single bed, it was did not provide relief. The WiFi was barely functional. Do not try to watch television. I understand from the property owners that they are looking into this. I would suggest there be a clearer description of the apartment's layout. We are seniors and getting up and down the stairs were difficult at best and at night quite dangerous. I eventually took one of the bedside lamps to the lower level and left that on all night to assist in using the stairs at night.

We absolutely loved our stay here during our trip to Verona! Gregorio and his father were so gracious from the very start. Gregorio was vey helpful before we got there on whatsapp. They helped to coordinate pickup from train station. Truly appreciate that! The property was perfect for our family. Gregorio gave us the tour. Fun modern and well thought out design. All the amenities we needed in the kitchen. Very very clean property. A/c worked great. The sofa bed downstairs and the bed upstairs were comfy. The location was great -safe and walkable to so many great areas. We will stay here again when we return. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Fantastic location. Wonderful host- friendly kind and accommodating. Right in the centre but quiet location (few mins only from the square) Beautifully renovated apartment. Lovely little touches. Very comfortable beds and lovely cotton sheets. Super clean and well equipped. Accommodated family of 4 easily (on comfortable sofa bed) Photos so not do it justice!

In the city center, could not be closer. Awesome owner, he helped a lot with navigation and finding parking.
