AUOur host went over and above the call of duty when our train into Tirano was delayed by more than 4 hours and eventually got in around 2am. She waited for us and did her best to make sure we were comfortable which was hugely appreciated. The apartment itself is lovely and perfectly located for access to the train station, a cafe and supermarket.

EEAUAUThe apartment was very close to the station. We were met by Monica in the Cafe below the apartment. We went up by lift and Monica used a very effective hand-held device to translate as we did not speak Italian. The apartment was modern, clean, pleasantly furnished with comfortable beds, good wi-fi, and a washing machine. As we were only there for one brief night between trains, we collected pizza from the shop below and used the crockery and cutlery in the well equipped kitchen. We simply handed the keys to Monica - in the Cafe - as we left. The whole experience was friendly, helpful - and easy. It was such a pleasure not to have to deal with lock boxes and codes!

FRPerfect location! Really clean place with ample facilities, kitchen, dining and laundry. The host was very kind and gracious enough to wait for us till 8pm for a late check-in. Just a 5 minute walk to the train station. I'd definitely come back here the next time.
ROThe host was so nice, very welcoming. We arrived earlier then check-in and there was no problem in letting us in sooner than expected. The apartment was very clean, so beautifully decorated. We definitely recommend it!
