Location's proximity to downtown was great. We walked a lot and enjoyed being able to do that to get to various places we wanted to see/visit. The simplicity and modern updates were *perfect* for us.

The location was not 'scenic' and the neighborhood was run down. We did not feel unsafe at all, just did not expect the lack of care & maintenance in the surrounding houses. Chemical smell of air freshener in stairwell was strong.

"Neighborhood not the greatest but apt was comfortable and very clean. Lots of instructions."

Close to Honeywell Center.

You need a longer hand rail on the front steps. Double hand rail on stairs inside would have been helpful. Sofa bed not the greatest. No closed captions on tv. Since we are hard of hearing, the tv was useless to us.

It had everything we needed & I appreciated it!

My sister had a stroke a yr ago & was disappointed there were no grab bars in shower or a shower mat. She also wished the hand rail went all the way down the steps to sidewalk.
