Luxury Apartment Muse 1 & 2

Easy check in, which is always appreciated. The location was great, right in the main part of the city and close to the train station as well. Very clean and modern.

There is no AC, and it can get very hot, I question the host about it and I got the answer that it is centralized and cannot be reajusted, but inspected the whole apartment and there are no vents, or anything where the air could come from, and it got quite warm during certain periods. Also the check in is very late (16h00) and check-out very early (10h00) which seems a little unfair as a you should be paying the daily (24h) but actually get only 18h. Overall nothing that caused our stay to be ruined or bad, I'd still stay there again (not on high summer tho)

Central position, spacious and modern

The apartment is relatively new

- there were only for 2 days towels in the apartement - no washing machine available what you would expect from an apartment - it was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment which it is not: only 1 room with a bed and sleeping couch - the showerdrain was full of hair so the bathroom was flooded and we had to clean the drain ourselves - heating was not on the first few days, because that was not possible because of Trento city or something, also heating could not be adjusted when on - instructions to enter the apartment were not correct, we had to call somebody to bring the key, during our stay only the keyboxes were installed - there is no ventilation in the bathroom so very humid and cold because the bathroom is not heated - Walls were thin so the party’s every evening in another part of the building were very loud inside the apartement, also lots of noise from apartement 2 could be heard All together this apartment looks nice but is really crap.
