Labai patinka, kai įėjimui atsiunčia kodus ir nereikia papildomai derintis su šeimininkais dėl susitikimo. Apartamentai patogūs trumpam apsistojimui, visko pakako. Naujas namas.

Mažos parkavimosi galimybės, ne visada gali būti įsitikinęs grįžęs vakare, kad rasi vietą.
