The instructions for finding the keys were too complicated. It was not that difficult to find them, but the instructions themselves were not clear. The apartment itself was not sufficiently clean. There were food leftovers sticking on the cutlery. There was no trash can (only a very small one in the bathroom). There was no towel to dry kitchen supplies after washing them. The curtains did not cover the full window, so the apartment did not feel private and a lot of people could look into the window from the other side. There was a lot of noise coming from other apartments, disrupting sleep every night several times. One door scratches across the surface, making a lot of noise. There was only one heater in the living room and during these cold winter days and nights, that is not sufficient. The couch was not comfortable. The internet did not work at the start. I contacted them through WhatsApp (which they themselves recommend to use), but they did not respond. They only responded through messages through Booking. At the beginning of the apartment complex, there is a small staircase, which is not convenient if you have a heavy trolley. They charged extra costs when I left the apartment, which I do not agree with (was not clear from the advertisement). The apartment does not feel cozy at all; it feels empty. The furniture is kind of worn out. Only two toilet rolls were provided for one whole week. The shower head cannot be hung high, so you can only take a bath or shower while sitting and holding the shower head.
