Liked location , towels and bedding were clean

did not like the broken front door - it was difficult to unlock and lock it, the apartment was very worn, the plates and glasses were carelessly washed. the apartment did not look as good as the photo. the mirror cracked and the shower water slowly rinsed away.

Location nearby all main places and great confort inside the apartment

The price is a bit too expensive in the week ends

We had quite an unpleasant experience on check in: - The bed was not ready after arrival, we had to spend time and make the bed ourselves (punt on pillowcases etc). - All the supplies (shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels etc) were just casually thrown on the couch in a form of a pile. - there were not enough towels - the maid that was sent to us to solve this issue was rude and not really helpful Plus the apartment has poor soundproofing and needs more thorough cleaning

Apartment located in the very city center, close to everything around

The materasse in the bedroom was totally destroyed and incredibly unconfortable. I asked for changing it but nothing was done !!!
