Excellent planning of the space of a small apartment. A very quiet place! Nice balcony and bathroom.

1.The way the payment was handled. After entering my credit card details and receiving the confirmation I was not reading the confirming email as I was planning the trip very late and in a hurry. In fact it is common not to read confirmation emails the same way as it is common not to read terms and conditions when installing the software. Some further coincidents made the owner think that I was avoiding the payment when myself, I was very sure I made the payment during the booking when my credit card details were accepted. We both got into the unpleasant situation which could have been avoided if the payment was handled by booking.com. 2.The park that looks extremely nice from the balcony is indeed creepy to take a walk. It has slums, it has garbage and it is wild. 3.After you leave the apartment it is difficult to find a parking place if you need to leave later than 12:00.
